THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That TIM R. SCHURMEIER and CHERYL
L. SCHURMEIER, husband a wife of Gibson Co State of Indiana,
CONVEY and WARRANT RADCLIFFE & ASSOCIATES, I C. , an Indiana
corporation, for and sum of ONE DOLLAR
($1.00) and other valuable considerations the receipt and suffi-
ciency whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described real
estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
PARCEL 1 (McBroom) :
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Lot No. 1, in Range 3
of the new survey of the Town, now City, of Princeton,
Indiana, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the
southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of said Lot
and running thence east 82 feet; thence north 148-1/2
feet; thence east 10 feet; thence north to the north line
of said Southeast Quarter of said Lot; thence west 92
feet to the northwest corner of said quarter; and thence
south to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, a part of the Southeast Quarter of
Lot 1 in Range 3 of the New survey of the town, now City,
of Princeton, bounded as follows: Begin 82 feet east of
the southwest corner of said quarter of said lot, and run
thence north 148.5 feet to the point of beginning; and
from said point of beginning so found, run east 10 feet;
thence north 178.5 feet to the north line of said quarter
of said lot; thence west 10 feet; thence south 178.5 feet
to the place of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPTING a part of the Southeast Quarter of Lot 1
in Range 3 of the New Survey of the town, now City, of
Princeton, bounded as follows: Begin at the northwest
corner of said quarter of said lot; and run thence east
82 feet; thence south 178.5 feet; thence west 82 feet to
the west line of said lot; thence north 178.5 feet to the
place of beginning.

Beginning at a point 102 feet north of the northeast
corner of Lot Number 36 in Sumner's Addition to the City
of Princeton and from said point of beginning run thence
north 50 feet; thence west 154 feet; thence south 50
feet; thence east 154 feet to the place of beginning.
SUBJECT TO all rights-of-way, restrictions, conditions,
covenants, easements, and limitations of record, and also
applicable zoning laws, if any.
Grantor shall pay the taxes payable in November, 1993,
and May and November, 1994.
