The purpose of this original survey is to monument and describe the survey tracts as shown on the plat of survey to assist in creating new tax parcels. The subject tract is located in Lots 202 and 25 in the City of Princeton,Gibson County, Indiana. Real-time GPS equipment was used to locate the found monuments at the lot and tract corners as shown on the survey plat. The Relative Positional Accuracy,as defined by IAC 865,is a value expressed in feet that represents uncertainty due to random errors in measurement of any point on a survey relative to any other point on the same survey,at a 95 percent confidence level. The RPA of this survey is within the specifications set forth by IAC 865 for a"Urban"survey(0.07 feet plus 50 parts per million). Record Documents The parent tract record description recorded in Document 2006-4934 is described in metes and bounds with monuments at various corners. The origin of said description is from a survey by this surveyor recorded in Document 2006-7607. The adjoining Fifth Third Bank tract description recorded in Document 2006-2774 is described in metes and bounds with monuments called out at various corners. The origin of said description is from a survey by Darren L. Helms recorded in Document 2006-882 is referenced this survey. Reference Monuments and Theory of Location In the field research for this survey,sufficient evidence was found,as shown on the survey plat,which provided data to verify or reestablish the record title lines of the subject tract. Unless noted otherwise on the plat of survey,all found and set monuments are flush with the ground,in good material condition and firmly set in the ground. This report provides information on the found monuments that were used to support this survey by identifying each monument by its survey point letter. Variances were found with the measured distance between found monuments as compared to their record calls and are noted on the accompanying plat. Points A,D,E and F—found monuments as referenced in the noted survey by this surveyor for the parent tract recorded in Document 2006-7607. The line between Points A and F is the basis of bearings for this survey. Point B-set monument this survey. Prior set monument at this corner has been taken out due to utility improvements. Point C-set monument this survey. Prior witness point 1 foot south of the survey corner has been taken out due to site improvements. The south survey line of Survey Tract#1 (north line of Survey Tract#2)is established along the centerline of an existing 30-foot wide ingress and egress easement established by this surveyor in a survey for the parent tract and adjoining Robbins tract in Document 2006-7607. Both Survey Tract#1 and#2 are subject to said existing easement. Existing lines of occupation or possession if any exist are noted on the survey plat.
