10 West, 489.85 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
quarter, quarter, and from said point of beginning continue
measuring east in said north line, a distance of 80.0 feet to a
rail road spike set; thence measure South a distance of 25.0 feet
to a 5/8 inch iron set as an off set; thence continue measuring
south a distance of 211.0 feet to a 5/8 inch iron set; thence
measure west, a distance of 80. feet to a 5/8 inch iron found;
thence measure north, a distance of 236.0 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 0.433 acres, but subject to the south
