situated in Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:

Township, Gibson County, Indiana;being that 7.245 acre tract of land shown on the
Parcel Line Adjustment Survey certified by Gregory A. Kissel PS, on March 15, 2021 as
the Kissel Land Surveying LLC's project number 2021-11; and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a 10"by 5" stone found 4"below grade marking the southeast corner of
said militia donation; thence North-6 degrees 10 minutes 31 seconds East [bearings are
based on State Plane Coordinates, Indiana Zone West,NAD 83] along the east line of said
militia donation two hundred eighty-seven and ten hundredths(287.10) feet to a 5/8"
