The Court having received the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title, now hereby finds and
Orders the following:
1. Defendant, Ronald Perrie was served the Plaintiff's Verified Complaint to Quiet Title on
or about April 26, 2021.
2. Defendant was served the Motion for Default Judgment on or about August 30, 2021.
3. Despite being served both the Verified Complaint and Motion for Default Judgment, the
Defendant failed to respond.
4. That the Plaintiff, Shyla Polston, is determined to be the free simple owner of the real
estate, commonly known as 6737 S. 950 E. Oakland City, Indiana, more particularly
described in Plaintiff's Verified Complaint to Quiet Title filed on April 19, 2021.
5. That all right, title and interest of the Defendant, Ronald Perrie in and to the real estate,
commonly known as 6737 S. 950 E. Oakland City, Indiana is hereby extinguished and
terminated.
