Regarding acreage: Parcel #2: The section line is the corporate boundary line. So, 84.130 acres in the county and 7.870 acres in the city. Parcel#1: The portion in Section 7 is all in the city- 8.228 acres. The portion in Section 8 in the City Limits is 7.731 acres, and 70.119 acres in the county.
