EXCEPTING part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 2
South, Range 10 West in the City of Princeton, Indiana and bounded as
follows: Beginning at an iron in the south line of said quarter section, four-

time they obtained the real estate until his death on September 2, 2009.
