Claim Deed dated January 10 , 1923 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Gibson County , Indiana, in Deed Record
No . 109, Page 487 .
Also :
Fourteen acres lying immediately north and adjacent to
fourteen (14 ) acres taken off the south end of the following
described real estate , to-wit : A part of the northeast
quarter, and a part of the southeast quarter of section
thirty-one ( 31 ) township one ( 1 ) south , range eleven ( 11 ) west ,
bounded as follows , to-wit : Beginning eight (8) chains and
seventy-five (75 ) links west of the southeast corner of the
northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of said section,
and running thence west to the southwest corner of said quarter
quarter section ; thence north to the northwest corner of said
quarter quarter section; thence west to a point seventeen (17)
chains and sixty (60 ) links east of the southwest corner of
the northeast quarter of said section; thence north to the
Patoka River; thence up said river with the meanderings thereof
to a point directly north of the point of beginning; thence
south to a point of beginning, excepting however, ten ( 10 )
acres taken off the east side of said above described tract
being the entire length north and south of said tract , con-
taining forty-two (42 ) acres , more or less ; subject to a right-
of-way fifteen ( 15 ) feet in width along the east side of the
fourteen (14 ) acres off the north end of the above described
real estate, to be used by the person or persons owning the
land immediately north of said twenty-eight (28) acres to the
Patoka River, and their grantees .

ter of section 8, township 2 south, range 11 west , and
described as follows : Begin at the northwest corner of said
quarter quarter section and run thence east along the north
line thereof, to the northeast corner thereof; thence south
465 feet; thence west parallel to the south line thereof to
the west line thereof; thence north 468 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 14 . 14 acres , more or less . excepting
therefrom two (2 ) acres , more or less , heretofore conveyed to
Dewight Greer and Barbara Greer, husband and wife, by Warranty
Deed dated November 24, 1965, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson Count•, Indiana, in Deed Record 157, Page
272 .
which said real estate was not sold or disposed of during the
administration of this Estate and which descended to the heirs of
said decedent as follows :
