RE: NOTICE OF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS RELOCATION AND ADDRESS UPDATE

Please be advised that Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, alongwith its subsidiaries and affiliates, is relocating its
corporate headquarters and principal place of business.
Effective June 1, 2026, the physical and mailing address for all tax -related correspondence, filings, and notices
shall change to the following:
